Celebration of international artist day

October 21st – October 23rd 2007
Sitges celebrates International Artist Day on October 25rd, in memory of the day Santiago Rusiñol came to town for the first time on October 23rd 1891.  Sitges artists pay homage to Rusiñol through diverse plastic and literary events: Outdoor engravings, unveiling of the new mural at the “Pont dels ocells” (bridge of birds) and readings of texts by Rusiñol at different spots in Sitges.
